Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting a Primary Teacher for a Thanet school, full-time, with a temp-to-perm path and an immediate start. The post offers MPS-UPS pay on scale and the possibility of permanence based on performance.

You will plan and deliver the Primary Curriculum, support and challenge your cohort, and manage behaviour effectively while liaising with Parents/Guardians on progress. A valid UK right to work and enhanced DBS are required.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK.
• Experience as a Primary Teacher; KS1/KS2 experience welcomed.
• Enhanced DBS is desirable; DBS on the update service is highly desirable.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the Primary Curriculum.

These positions would involve full classroom teaching responsibilities and salary will be paid at scale. Terms of going permanent would depend on performance and preference of the school and the teacher, so there is an element of flexibility with this. I am looking to speak to both ECTs and experienced teachers alike, as shortlisting and interviews are happening ASAP.
