Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting for Qualified Primary School Teachers to work across Bradford and surrounding areas on day-to-day supply contracts with potential for longer-term positions.

You will deliver lessons in KS1 and KS2, follow the school's curriculum, manage behaviour and help pupils maintain progress in the absence of their usual teacher. Flexible, supportive environment with regular opportunities.

Qualifications

• QTS required; ECTs encouraged
• Experience across KS1 and KS2
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum

As a Primary School Teacher, you will deliver lessons in line with the school's curriculum, follow planning where provided, manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive environment where pupils can continue learning in the absence of their usual teacher.

The successful Primary School Teacher will have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) ECTs are encouraged to apply
• Experience working across KS1 and/or KS2
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• Confidence delivering lessons across a range of subjects
• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
• Reliability and the ability to adapt quickly to different school environmentsli>
• A commitment to safeguarding and pupil development
