TeacherActive is recruiting KS2 Primary School Teachers for flexible day-to-day cover across Bradford primary schools and surrounding areas. You will deliver pre-planned lessons to Years 3–6 and may take on longer-term placements.

The role offers day-to-day flexibility, with potential progression into long-term or permanent positions and competitive rates. A dedicated consultant supports your placements and CPD opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching across KS2
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum
• Confidence teaching core subjects including English and Maths
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
• Positive and professional approach to teaching
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day cover across different Bradford primary schools
• Delivering pre-planned lessons across Years 3–6
• Planning and delivering lessons for longer-term placements
• Maintaining positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Supporting pupils of different abilities and additional needs
• Working closely with teaching assistants and school staff
• Potential progression into long-term or permanent employment
