Job summary

TeacherActive is currently partnering with primary schools across Bradford and Wakefield to recruit enthusiastic KS1 Primary Teachers for day-to-day and longer-term roles. The role involves delivering engaging KS1 lessons, following school planning where provided, and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

The successful candidate will have QTS (ECTs welcome), KS1 experience, a solid knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum, and strong communication and classroom management

We are looking for a KS1 Primary Teacher to work on a flexible day-to-day basis, with opportunities for long-term and permanent positions becoming available within our schools. The successful KS1 Primary Teacher will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 / KS1, follow school planning where provided and maintain a positive classroom environment.

The successful KS1 Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 / KS1
• Sound knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
