Primary SEN Teaching Assistant

Contract dates: long term with the opportunity of a permanent contract.

A lovely, small ASD school in Merton is looking to recruit SEN Teaching Assistants to support across KS1 & KS2.

About the school

• Positive and nurturing environment for children on the Autistic Spectrum.
• Individually devised programmes based on student needs.

The role would include:

• Supporting pupils throughout the school day
• Behaviour and learning support
• Holding 1:1 or small group sessions
• Aiding with classroom set up and pack down
• Maintaining high health and safety standards with pupils
• Aiding the teacher with daily classroom management
