• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists and staff to support individual learning plans.
• Regularly assess progress and adapt strategies for growth.
• Communicate effectively with parents/carers and external professionals.
• Uphold safeguarding and SEN policies at all times.
