Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated SEN Teachers for Maidstone and surrounding areas in Kent. Positions span upcoming long-term, full- and part-time opportunities, with QTS and experience with SEN highly valued.

Applicants should have experience working with pupils with PMLD, ASD, SEMH, or complex needs and be committed to inclusive, personalised education. You will work with TAs, therapists, families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• QTS is required for SEN teaching roles.
• Experience teaching children with SEN (SEN, PMLD, ASD, SEMH, complex needs) is highly valued.
• Ability to implement inclusive, personalised education strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• DBS check (Enhanced) and right to work in the UK are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for SEN pupils.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and families.
• Regularly assess progress and adapt learning plans.
