Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required to teach in UK schools.
• Experience teaching children with SEN (special educational needs) is highly valued.
• Knowledge of inclusive education strategies and interventions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet SEN pupils' needs.
• Create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists and families to support learning plans.
• Regularly assess progress and adapt strategies to promote growth.
• Communicate with parents/carers and external professionals while safeguarding policy.
