Tradewind Recruitment is seeking passionate SEN Teachers for Faversham and surrounding areas in Kent. These upcoming long-term positions offer MPS/UPS pay scales and a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Experience teaching SEN (PMLD, ASD, SEMH) encouraged.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for SEN pupils.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with TAs, therapists and families to support learning plans.
• Regularly assess progress and adapt strategies.
• Communicate with parents/carers and external professionals.
• Uphold safeguarding and SEN policies.
