Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher for a mainstream Primary School in Bradford (BD2). The role offers day-to-day supply or long-term teaching with an immediate start, delivering lessons across KS2 and supporting Year 6 SATs prep in Maths and English.

Contract type is part-time with on-site working pattern. The successful candidate will have QTS, KS2 UK primary school experience, strong curriculum knowledge, and excellent classroom management.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (ECTs are welcome)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 / KS2 in a UK primary school
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum and Year 6 SATs expectations
• Experience delivering targeted interventions and supporting pupils with SATs preparation
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in Bradford, who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teacher. The school is committed to providing a positive and engaging learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and academic abilities.

The school is looking to take on a motivated KS2 Teacher for day-to-day supply or long-term teaching opportunities, with an immediate start available. The successful KS2 Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 2 / KS2, providing targeted Year 6 SATs preparation and intervention support in Maths and English, and helping pupils develop the knowledge and confidence needed to achieve their best results.

The successful KS2 Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 / KS2 in a UK primary school
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum and Year 6 SATs expectations
