Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and supporting their well-being? Protocol Education is looking for a dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a thriving, two-form entry school in the BS5 area, from September. This vibrant school places pupils' well-being at the heart of everything they do, and they’re seeking someone who shares the same commitment to creating a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster an environment where pupils feel valued, respected, and supported.

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students.

Promote emotional and academic well-being, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to support each child’s development.

Help to build on the recent school partnership and contribute to the exciting new chapter as a two-form entry school.

Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Passion for working with children and supporting their well-being.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience in a primary school setting is preferred but not essential.
