Hays Education are currently recruiting reliable and adaptable primary teachers to work at primary schools in Bristol. This role involves working on Thursdays and Fridays, sharing the class with the Deputy Head Teacher.

Your new role

This part-time role involves sharing classroom responsibilities including PPA, marking, and other duties. The school seeks candidates with strong and adaptable classroom skills, suitable for sharing a class with a senior leader; this role is open to strong Early Career Teachers (ECTs). Although part-time, you will be expected to manage the class as if it were a full-time role on your working days. If you are interested in working two days a week sharing a class with a senior leader, this role is ideal for you.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years.
• Experience teaching in a primary school.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status.
• Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
