Job summary

Solent Mind is expanding its Primary Care services in Eastleigh and Winchester. The Primary Care Team Leader will oversee the Primary Care Wellbeing Advisors and Peer Support Workers across three Winchester-based Primary Care Networks, ensuring timely referrals, assessments and safeguarding compliance.

This role focuses on day-to-day management, staff development, and effective data use within CRM, coordinating with GP practices while upholding Solent Mind's values and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team of staff & volunteers.
• Understanding of safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion issues.
• Excellent IT & Digital skills (MS Office & CRM systems).
• Ability to self-reflect and learn from experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the team.
• Provide supervision and appraisal of team members.
• Ensure referrals, assessments and safeguarding processes are followed.
