Job summary

Solent Mind is seeking a Team Leader to supervise Primary Care Wellbeing Advisors and Peer Support Workers across GP practices in the Eastleigh area. You will drive service development, coordinate across practices and ensure safeguarding and inclusive practice.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience with CRM systems. DBS check and right to work in the UK will be required; sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team of staff.
• Experience working with people with diverse and complex needs.
• Awareness of safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and implement new ways of working.
• Teamwork as line manager within Solent Mind.

• Lead and manage the Primary Care Wellbeing Advisors and Peer Support Workers across GP practices.
• Develop and embed new ways of working within primary care settings.
• Collaborate with GP practices to deliver wellbeing services and programmes.
