Job summary

Solent Mind delivers Wellbeing services across Hampshire, including Eastleigh and surrounding areas. The Senior Wellbeing Advisor will conduct 1-1 assessments and facilitate courses and social groups to help clients achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• Educated to a minimum level 2 standard or extensive relevant experience.
• Experience of working with vulnerable people with diverse needs.
• Experience of assisting with, or of delivering, courses/group sessions.
• Experience of working in a mental health setting.
• Personal experience of mental health issues.

Responsibilities

• Undertake assessments and reviews to support clients' wellbeing goals.
• Facilitate structured workshops and courses for clients and groups.
• Welcome clients and create a relaxed, purposeful environment in centres or online.
• Respond to initial contacts via phone, email, or in person with clear information.
• Input data into the service CRM and maintain records per policy.
• Support and mentor volunteers and student placements.
