Solent Mind is seeking a Team Leader to supervise Primary Care Wellbeing Advisors and Peer Support Workers across GP practices in the Eastleigh area. You will drive service development, coordinate across practices and ensure safeguarding and inclusive practice.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience with CRM systems. DBS check and right to work in the UK will be required; sponsorship is not provided.
Salary: £17,975.68 to £20,340 per annum (£29,560 - £33,448 full-time equivalent)-Solent Mind Band D. In line with organisational policy, new appointments will ordinarily be made at the starting salary point of the advertised grade.

Solent Mind delivers Wellbeing services in Eastleigh and Winchester and is now expanding its offer to support the development of mental health and wellbeing services within Primary Care settings. The Team Leader will manage the Primary Care Wellbeing Advisors and Peer Support Workers based with GP practices across these areas.
We offer an enhanced service to patients with a range of mental health issues through a collaborative and integrative approach. This service has been developed to enhance the mental health care which the GP’s are able to offer their patients through a collaborative and integrative approach across the three practices and associated services
We are looking for someone with experience of supervising a team of staff and of working with people who may be vulnerable with diverse and complex needs. You will understand the impact of mental health issues on individuals and communities and awareness of safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion issues.
You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and experience of working with IT systems including Customer Relationship Management Systems.
We require you to have the ability to problem solve and to introduce and embed new ways of working. Teamwork is essential in this role, working as line manager for your team and also within Solent Mind as a whole.
