Position Overview

Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent experienced Assistant Headteachers who are available from January 2026. We are supporting a range of primary schools across the West Midlands (B2 4QA, B73 6AQ, B90 2NE, WV1 1LE, CV1 2GT, B70 7JD and surrounding areas) with their recruitment with upcoming temporary job opportunities.

If you are an experienced primary school Assistant Headteacher, who is either available immediately or thinking of reaching out to discuss new job opportunities in the West Midlands we would be keen to speak with you. We are a locally based, family run recruitment business specialising in Education. With over 15 years’ worth of experience supporting education settings and candidates across primary, secondary and SEND divisions.

These primary school-based teaching jobs can be offered either on a part time or full-time basis depending on your personal working requirements. Requirements

• A relevant UK based qualification.
• Substantial experience working within a primary school setting.
• All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
• Exceptional references.
