Job summary

Gigaclear in the United Kingdom seeks a Pricing & Commercial Trading Manager to lead the development and governance of pricing strategy across B2C and B2B products. You will translate market insight into pricing that drives customer lifetime value and profitable growth.

Working with Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Finance, you will build a disciplined pricing framework, promotions and analytics, enabling rapid, evidence-based decisions and scalable pricing across channels.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial pricing or revenue management.
Ability to develop pricing strategies balancing value and profitability.
Strong analytical and modelling skills.
Experience across B2C and B2B is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead pricing strategy for B2C and B2B products to maximise revenue and customer value.
Develop pricing architecture and governance reflecting market conditions and value.
Build robust financial models and business cases for pricing changes.
Design and evaluate promotional offers to optimise acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance and IT to deploy pricing at scale.
Establish test-and-learn pricing experiments and learnings across segments and channels.
Monitor performance metrics like ARPU, margin and lifetime value; report to senior leadership.
