Strat Journeys, a high-growth fintech, seeks a Head of Commercial Strategy & Insights to own pricing and analytics across customer propositions. Lead end-to-end pricing strategy, shape partnerships, and drive data-led learning to support sustainable growth.

Formación

• 7+ years' experience in strategy and insights.
• Quantitative/STEM degree from a leading university.
• Advanced data skills with SQL and Python.
• Ability to translate analytics into business strategy.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Lead development of commercial analytics and pricing capability.
• Own and evolve pricing strategies across propositions.
