Job summary
Nixon Hire, a leading provider of site accommodation and related solutions, seeks a Commercial Finance Analyst to drive profitable growth through pricing strategy, governance and investment appraisal. You will partner with commercial, operational and executive teams to deliver data-driven decisions and robust market insights.
You will develop pricing models, maintain frameworks and support commercial sign-off with detailed financial analyses, ensuring aligned governance and value delivery for
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Data-driven and commercially minded with ability to model scenarios.
- Proficient in Power BI and Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and governance of pricing strategies to maximise profitability.
- Develop pricing models and decision-support tools (IRR-based, target pricing, dynamic pricing).
- Own pricing frameworks and ensure alignment with asset investment and market conditions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to identify profitability opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales and leadership to evaluate opportunities using EBITDA, IRR and ROCE.
