Job summary

Harnham is seeking a pricing and commercial analytics leader for a high-growth technology business. You’ll work with senior leadership to shape strategy using data, experiments, and commercial insight to drive growth and profitability.

The role covers pricing strategy, unit economics, and building scalable analytics tools, with exposure to Product, Finance, Risk, and Commercial teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in commercial analytics, pricing, strategy, or consulting.
• Advanced SQL skills are essential.
• Python experience is beneficial.
• Strong commercial modelling and experimentation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy, commercial analytics, and unit economics.
• Design and evaluate pricing experiments to optimise growth and profitability.
• Build commercial models for new products and partnerships.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Risk, and Commercial teams on strategic initiatives.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Develop scalable analytics tools, frameworks, and processes.
