Job summary

QA is seeking a Commercial and Insights Analyst to join the Finance team. You will support the Head of Commercial with pricing, data analysis and MI, translating sales activity and product performance into actionable insights.

If you have advanced Excel skills, experience with PowerBI, and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests, you could help shape pricing strategies and commercial planning across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulae.
• Understanding of pricing, discounting, and margins impact.
• Comfortable building and refining reports in PowerBI and/or Excel.
• Able to manage multiple requests, prioritise work, and balance delivery with improvements.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and ability to challenge when needed.
• Understand QA's industry and key competitors.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing management of the pricing and cost data driving colleague systems.
• Management of Excel models used for commercial decisions.
• Review market and competitor data to identify opportunities or inform positioning.
• Provide insights into new product launches and existing product performance.
• Support senior managers with timely and accurate reporting, including vendor performance.
• Assist Head of Commercial with bespoke pricing requests, new product launches and MI.
