We are currently recruiting for a Pricing Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at a skilled professional level.

Whats involved
  • Develop and implement regionally aligned pricing strategies for capital consumables and services across EMEA markets
  • Support list price setting price corridor management and customer segmentation pricing strategies
  • Ensure pricing aligns with market conditions customer value and financial objectives
  • Discount Governance & Deal Support
  • Define and maintain discounting policies and approval thresholds
  • Support local sales teams with deal pricing tenders and contract negotiations
  • Lead profitability analysis for key deals and product families
  • Price Performance & Analytics
  • Monitor pricing KPIs including margin leakage discount compliance and price realization
  • Lead regular reviews of price-volume-mix impacts with market and business leaders
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Lead point for Process & Tools
  • Drive adoption of pricing tools dashboards and approval workflows
  • Collaborate with IT / BI teams to enhance pricing system capabilities (e.g. Oracle Salesforce Tableau)
  • Support integration of pricing logic into CRM CPQ and ERP systems
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
Required Experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Professional certification
  • 5-7 years of Successful Pricing Management experience is required in manufacturing and / or medical devices industry.
  • 2-3 years of experience in developing metrics.
  • Strong resolution and problem solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Strong Excel Cognos Tableau Longview and PowerPoint skills.
  • Oracle experience a plus.
