Ageas UK is seeking an experienced Lead Pricing Analyst - Household to own pricing projects and drive data-driven solutions. The role involves collaborating with Underwriting, Actuarial and Implementation teams to shape pricing strategy and governance while coaching junior analysts across pricing workstreams.

Qualifications

• Ideally household pricing experience, but must have general lines experience.
• Experience using analytics and modelling techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management, planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing projects and workstreams to agreed timescales.
• Investigate complex challenges and develop data-driven pricing solutions.
• Develop and present pricing proposals balancing growth, competitiveness and profitability.
• Support strategic decisions with actuarial and statistical analyses.
• Identify new rating factors and pricing methodologies.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial and implementation teams on pricing initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders, ensuring governance and sign-offs.
• Support deployment of pricing changes into live environments.
• Develop, validate and approve predictive models.
• Maintain pricing and monitoring datasets.
• Analyze portfolio performance, customer behavior and market dynamics.
• Coach and develop pricing analysts.
