Soho House & Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support hygiene and back-of-house operations. You will wash, rinse and sanitise kitchenware, operate dishwashing equipment, and keep workspaces clean and well organised.

You should have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy venue, knowledge of cleaning methods and safety standards, and a reliable, flexible approach to shifts including weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• Up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment.
• Familiarity with UK Food Safety and HACCP guidelines.

Mansioni

• Wash, rinse and sanitise all kitchen items including pots, pans, dishes, utensils and glassware.
• Operate commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workspaces and storage areas.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and keep bins and areas tidy throughout the shift.
• Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety policies in line with UK regulations.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and SOPs to ensure standards are met.
• Replenish stock and report low supplies during peak service times.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely and minimize breakages.
