Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Kitchen Porter to help keep our kitchen areas clean and organised. You will support hygiene standards, waste management, and overall cleanliness across kitchen and back-of-house spaces.

Experience in busy venues is a plus. You will work with the kitchen team, maintaining high standards and supporting service during peak times, with access to staff perks and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy venue preferred.
• Strong cleaning methods and equipment knowledge.
• Able to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Reliable and discrete team player.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitise all kitchen items in line with daily needs.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep kitchen workspaces and storage areas clean and organised.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain tidy areas throughout shift.
• Follow UK Food Safety and Health & Safety policies (HACCP).
• Follow SOPs and cleaning schedules.
• Replenish supplies and assist during peak service times.
• Carefully handle kitchen equipment to prevent breakages.
