Job summary

A well established dealer on the outskirts of Bury, Greater Manchester, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their busy service team. You will welcome customers, book vehicles in for service, and provide progress updates while aiming to upsell where possible.

In this role you will allocate job cards and help ensure the smooth running of the department, with recent motor trade experience preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Recent Motor Trade experience as a Service Advisor is ideal but not essential

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers into the dealership and booking their vehicle in for service.
• Up-selling where possible and providing progress updates on their vehicle.
