Job summary

Jago Consultants on behalf of a franchised car dealership is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join the team. You will handle service inquiries, greet customers, identify needs for vehicle drop-off, and keep customers updated throughout the day.

The role requires current experience in a franchised main dealership, preferably with prestige brand exposure, excellent customer handling, a positive attitude, and a valid driving licence. Basic salary £18,000 to £22,000.

Qualifications

• Must have current experience as a car dealership Service Advisor in a franchised main dealership.
• Preferably with prestige brand experience.
• Excellent customer handling skills.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to work.
• Must have a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries.
• Meet and greet customers, qualify and identify needs for vehicle drop-off.
• Progress and update the customer throughout the day.
• Discuss and upsell additional work, advise and forward diarised unsold work.
• Carry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to customer.
