The Recruitment Experts in London is seeking an experienced Block Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-end residential blocks in Chelsea. You will be the main point of contact for leaseholders, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance.

This client-facing role demands confidence, professionalism, and strong communication skills, especially over the phone, with responsibility for budget monitoring and service delivery across a prestigious portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Block Management.
• ATPI qualified.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach.
• Ability to commute within 1 hour of Chelsea, London.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of prestigious residential blocks.
• Liaise with leaseholders, residents, and contractors effectively.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and planned works.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and manage service delivery.
• Handle enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and service charge expenditure.
• Ensure excellent levels of customer service at all times.
