Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Block Manager within residential property.
• Strong knowledge of leasehold and block management.
• Experience managing service charges and budgets.
• Good understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience dealing with contractors and maintenance issues.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties.
• Professional, proactive and confident approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and leasehold properties.
• Liaise with leaseholders, freeholders, RMCs and residents on property matters.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors across the portfolio.
• Manage service charge budgets and expenditure in conjunction with the accounts team.
• Ensure properties meet relevant health and safety and statutory compliance requirements.
• Attend meetings, prepare reports and provide regular updates to clients.
