Job summary

Block Recruit is seeking an experienced property/estate manager for prestigious residential developments in London. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to residents, leaseholders, clients and contractors, with MIRPM/AssocRICS background.

Responsibilities include site management, health and safety, contractor liaison, M&E services, utilities, landlord and tenant practices, and strong data input accuracy. A collaborative team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Residential Estate Management experience is essential.
• Experience of service charge budgeting.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety.
• MIRPM / AssocRICS.
• A good understanding of M&E.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.
• Able to demonstrate problem solving in difficult scenarios and seek help when needed.
• High accuracy and attention to detail when inputting data onto the system.
• IT literate in Microsoft Office; experience with QUBE ideal, training available.
• Good organisation and ability to prioritise workload.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player.
