Job summary

Hyperion Partners is seeking an experienced Block Manager to oversee a prestigious portfolio of residential developments in Central London. You will manage leaseholders, RMCs, RTMs and directors while maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, coordinate budgets, supervise maintenance and major works, and ensure safety and quality across premium assets.

Qualifications

• Residential leasehold management experience
• Block management experience in London or central areas
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of building safety and relevant legislation
• Experience with HRBs and Section 20 processes
• Ability to manage multiple developments and priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential developments across Central London
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets with finance teams
• Conduct regular site inspections and oversee maintenance and major works
• Coordinate contractors and service providers for quality and compliance
• Oversee Section 20 consultations from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and building regulations
• Collaborate with surveyors, consultants and external stakeholders on building safety
