The Estée Lauder Companies are seeking a dynamic Counter Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Associates in a busy prestige beauty environment. You will drive sales, customer service and operational excellence while delivering an exceptional client experience at the counter.

As a first-level manager, you will own business planning, consumer insights and front-line marketing, with opportunities to progress within the company’s prestige beauty division.
