Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Counter Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and developing the Sales Associates. You will coach the team, drive customer service excellence and ensure achievement of sales and operational targets at our prestige beauty counter.

Ideal candidates bring proven supervisory experience, a passion for coaching others, and the ability to manage inventory and cash reconciliation within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
