Sytner Land Rover Sheffield is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to act as the vital link between customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, update customers at every stage, and liaise with Technicians to ensure vehicles are ready on time.

This busy role rewards strong organisational and customer service skills, with in-house and manufacturer training available. Flexible patterns, including weekends, help maintain exceptional service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience as a busy Service Advisor in the motor trade.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Act as the vital link between customers and workshop.
• Inform and consult on servicing; update customers at every stage.
• Liaise with Technicians/Workshop Control to monitor vehicle status and readiness.
• Provide product and service advice to customers.
• Work patterns include weekends to ensure high service levels.
