Prestige Brand is seeking a proactive Service Advisor / Aftersales Specialist in Brighton to act as the main link between customers and the workshop team. You will provide clear repair updates, guide servicing, and support maintenance decisions.

Join a busy prestige workshop with structured development pathways and a focus on delivering a high standard of customer experience. A UK driving licence is required and the role is based on-site in Brighton.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Valid UK Driving Licence (required for moving/handling customer and courtesy vehicles).
• Previous motor trade aftersales or retail customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Front-of-house customer liaison and service plan management.
• Create job cards and schedule workshop activities.
• Coordinate courtesy cars and ensure smooth payment processing.
