Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor at an established Brighton automotive dealership. You will manage the full service journey, from booking in vehicles to updating customers and coordinating with the workshop team.

The role offers a strong earning potential with a basic and uncapped OTE, Monday–Friday 8am–6pm with one in four Saturdays, and a professional Aftersales environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence discussing servicing, repairs and associated costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and vehicle check-ins.
• Discuss servicing, repairs and additional work with customers.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain work required.
• Keep customers updated throughout the service and repair process.
• Liaise closely with Technicians and the Workshop team.
• Identify opportunities for additional work.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all relevant information is captured.
• Ensure customers receive a smooth and professional experience throughout.
• Work towards departmental and customer service targets.
