Bright Horizons Chantry Hall Day Nursery and Preschool in Muswell Hill is seeking a Room Leader to guide a dedicated team in delivering high-quality care and education. You will lead safeguarding, partnerships with families and professionals, and ensure each child’s milestones are supported.

The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and prior EYFS experience, with a focus on inclusive learning and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification or higher.
• Experience leading a room in an EYFS setting preferred.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and practice.
