Job summary

Bright Horizons Chilworth Day Nursery is looking for a Room Leader to inspire and mentor the team, ensuring exceptional care and education for every child in the room. The role focuses on safeguarding, health and safety, and strong partnerships with parents and colleagues.

The successful candidate will have a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification and proven experience in a similar setting, with a passion for creating fun, inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader or similar
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, support and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety, safeguarding and build partnerships with parents and professionals.
