Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood Day Nursery and Preschool is hiring a Room Leader based in Hinchley Wood. You will lead and mentor a team in the Toddler room to deliver exceptional care and education, ensuring each child’s milestones are supported.

You will bring Level 3 EY qualification and solid EYFS knowledge, with a strong focus on safeguarding. The role emphasizes partnerships with families, staff, and external professionals to promote safe, nurturing learning environments.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader/Nursery Practitioner.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents/carers.
