Job summary

Bright Horizons Church Crookham Day Nursery is hiring a Room Leader to guide a team in delivering exceptional care and education, tailoring activities to each child’s milestones within a safe environment.

You will promote safeguarding and welfare, collaborate with parents and professionals, and support staff development and wellbeing through mentoring and practical leadership. This role is based in Church Crookham and offers a competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, preferably as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse or similar.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to build trust and effective partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
• Excellent communication with children and adults using varied techniques.
