Job summary

Bright Horizons Putney Day Nursery and Preschool in Putney, London, is seeking a Room Leader to mentor a team and deliver high-quality care and education for babies. You will lead with passion, reinforce safeguarding, and build strong partnerships with parents.

You will hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification with EYFS knowledge, and you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including a welcome bonus. This on-site role supports our HEART culture and child-first ethos.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting – ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children.

• Promote and ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding.
