Bright Horizons Farnham Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a Room Leader to lead, mentor and inspire a team in the Preschool room. You will ensure high quality care and education, promote child welfare, health and safety, and build strong partnerships with parents and colleagues.

The role requires a full and relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification, EYFS knowledge, safeguarding expertise, and prior experience in an Early Years setting.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and wider legislative requirements for working with children.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education in the Preschool room.
• Promote and ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
