Job Position: Pre-Sales Engineer

Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. The engineer will collaborate with internal departments such as Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, as well as external clients including distributors, system integrators, installers, and end-users, to enhance Dahua's business performance and reputation, ensuring sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide product pre-sales promotion, introduce new product features to channel customers, assist customers in product selection, and support sales targets.
• Define and manage a product roadmap aligned with organizational strategy and delivering value.
• Deliver product training to technical engineers of channel customers to enhance their technical knowledge.
• Collect product reviews from customers, contribute to technology process improvements based on feedback, and communicate changes to the product management team.
• Assist customers in preparing tender documents and participating in tenders to meet standards. Support business partners such as distributors and resellers in brand promotion, including participation in trade shows, tech days, and open days.
• Provide technical support and advice on video surveillance equipment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with R&D and third-party companies for integration.
• Maintain communication with headquarters regarding new product lines and technical issues to ensure timely problem resolution.

Key Attributes:

• Experience managing multiple products and initiatives with proper prioritization.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, video conference, VMS, cloud storage, video wall, video/audio matrix, network, and industrial drones.
• Ability to work independently, set strategic directions, and influence stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
