Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. The role involves engagement with Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments, as well as external clients such as distributors, system integrators, installers, end-users, to enhance business performance and reputation, ensuring sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide product pre-sales promotion, including introducing new features, helping customers select products, and supporting sales targets.
• Define and manage a product roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.
• Provide product training to technical engineers in our channels to improve their technical knowledge.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvement and communicate with product management.
• Assist customers with tender documents and participate in promotional activities like trade shows and open days.
• Offer technical support and advice on video surveillance equipment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with R&D and third-party companies.
• Maintain communication with headquarters regarding new products and technical issues to ensure timely solutions.

Key Attributes:
