Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. The role involves engagement with Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Operations Departments, as well as external clients such as distributors, system integrators, installers, end-users, to improve business performance and reputation, ensuring sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver product pre-sales promotion, introduce new features, assist customers in product selection, and support sales targets.
• Define and manage a product roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.
• Provide product training to technical engineers of channel customers to enhance their technical knowledge.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvement and liaise with product management.
• Assist customers with tender documents and support brand promotion activities like trade shows and open days.
• Provide technical support and advice on video surveillance equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with R&D and third-party integrations.
• Maintain communication with headquarters on new products and technical issues for timely resolution.

Key Attributes:
