Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. This role involves engagement with internal departments and external clients such as distributors, system integrators, installers, and end-users to enhance business performance and reputation, ensuring sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide product pre-sales promotion, including introducing new features, assisting customers in product selection, and supporting sales targets.
• Define and manage a product roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.
• Provide product training to channel partners and improve their technical knowledge.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvement and communicate with product management.
• Assist in tender document preparation and support business partners in brand promotion through trade shows and promotional events.
• Offer technical support and advice on video surveillance equipment, troubleshooting, and integration with third-party systems.
• Maintain communication with headquarters on new products and technical issues to ensure timely resolution.

Key Attributes:

• Experience managing multiple products and initiatives with proper prioritization.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, video conferencing, VMS, cloud storage, and related products.
• Ability to work independently and set strategic directions.
• Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
