Hornetsecurity Reading is seeking an IT Presales Consultant to aid our Northern European sales team, delivering engaging technical presentations and guiding customers through our services during onboarding.

You will participate in tenders, handle complex technical questions, and help shape the customer journey from initial contact to deployment, while enjoying a hybrid work model and international team.

A background in IT security or SaaS and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• IT education completed, with background in IT support or presales.
• Experience in IT security or SaaS is preferred.
• Strong communication and confident customer presentations.

Responsabilités

• You support our Northern European sales team in customer projects.
• You hold presentations about the Hornetsecurity Services.
• You ensure a successful onboarding process to our services for our customers.
• You undertake follow ups, nurturing activity to ensure exceptional service throughout.
• You participate in technical aspects of tenders.
• You assist the sales staff in dealing with complex technical issues.
