Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Presales Consultant to act as a hands-on technical expert, supporting customers and prospects to align HPE solutions with business outcomes. The role is hybrid, averaging two days per week in an HPE office, with mentoring across software, server/storage/networking, AI-driven solutions and partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, business, sales or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine interest in technology, software, networking, cloud, AI or cybersecurity.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise supporting sales engagements with HPE colleagues and channel partners.
• Help strategic partners build Innovation Centres centered around the HPE portfolio for demos and evaluations.
• Become a trusted and valued member of the technical sales organization.
• Support customer events, workshops and community engagement activities.
• Build a foundation in software, private cloud, networking, security and AI-driven operations.
• Develop skills to progress into a future Account Manager or Sales Specialist role.
