Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Graduate to join our growing technical sales team in Winnersh or Manchester. The role is designed for career-entry, combining technical depth with sales exposure, and is hybrid with an average of two days in the office.

You will learn across software, server/storage networking, AI-driven solutions, and partner ecosystems, supported by mentoring and hands-on experience. Start date is September 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology, business, sales or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Genuine interest in technology, software, networking, cloud or cybersecurity.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for sales engagements with colleagues and channel partners.
• Assist in developing Innovation Centres around the HPE portfolio for customer demos and evaluations.
• Develop into a future Account Manager or Sales Specialist role with mentoring and hands-on exposure.
• Support customer events, workshops and community engagement activities.
• Build foundations in software, private cloud, networking, security and AI-driven operations.
